Computers are just like any other machine, they are not designed to last forever and will eventually need replaced. In the majority of cases machines are outdated and/or in need of much physical repair in a 3 to 5 year time span. We work closely with our clients to work out the timeline of events so that there is a consistent rotation of new machine implementations so that they do not all happen at once.

As part of the project planning process, we do this thorough examination of the equipment that is in service and help to determine what needs replaced now and what can wait for the next round of budgeting

This process makes it much easier physically and financially to handle replacing a few machines at a time. The alternative is having to do a complete network overhaul, which most companies are not prepared for.

We work closely with you and your staff to help with upgrading software and implementing the software in a manner that best fits your schedule and training availability.

A network specialist from INSYTE also can run a health check on your network and systems we can help determine if you are ready to make an upgrade change as well as provide with recommendations on what to replace in what time frame. When there is an issue with an upgrade, the INSYTE team works to solve the issue while you continue running your business.
