The best project we worked on with the INSYTE team was being able to concisely track and being able to create an SEO report that worked for our company. At the time, a lot of it was understanding Google Analytics and deciding what was important for our company and what wasn’t. Having the reports explained to us by Brett was helpful, he makes understanding the metrics very easy and can help us draw conclusions from them that move our business forward. Earlier this year we transitioned our team a bit internally and had a new dedicated staff member that was responsible for the website. I have worked with INSYTE for less than a year, the experience has been good. The biggest accomplishment for our website was that the launch date was true to the deadline. In the past, other companies were unable to meet the deadline and would be at least two months past due. I worked with Melissa throughout the whole project, she was wonderful! With the weekly meetings, an agenda was supplied to explain what was needed and where INSYTE was within the project. I was able to make sure everything on my end of the project was delivered on time and so did INSYTE. Our old website was very cluttered and outdated, INSYTE helped us streamline our site and clean up the look so it was more appealing to our customers. Recently INSYTE worked with us on a complete redesign of our website. The redesign included a new skin with pictures and a revamped layout for the website. We started off by project planning and that process was excellent. The latest website redesign was on time – on budget – and surpassed expectations. In regards to Search Engine Optimization, the proof is in the accumulation of targeted SEO leads. In this regard we are extremely happy. We use INSYTE to manage our SEO and to keep our Website current, professional, relevant and easy to navigate. The INSYTE team has amazed me with efficiency and willingness to provide personal service. Would I recommend INSYTE? You bet I would, and I have! When I first started working with the INSYTE team, I received an email from Amanda that was informative and most friendly as she explained she would now be the team member to serve me. Most important to me was that she had a real phone number and answered her own phone! She and her team amazed me with efficiency and willingness to provide ‘personal service’ including monthly SEO which I then quickly realized had been previously underserviced. Amanda worked with me to do some redesigns to the front end of my website which always increased my sales. Even more important was some redesigning and customizing features on the back end (dashboard) which many times awarded me and employees with time saving features and key strokes! In addition she, and then Brett who eventually became my ‘go to man’, usually followed my calls with questions with a simple to follow tutorial which allowed me to use several dashboard features I never knew I had or that were much too complex for me to figure out! These ‘unknown perks’ have increased sales too! And, there are many dashboard perks still left to explore and use! It’s been a few years now that I've worked with Amanda and INSYTE and it’s been terrific. They always address any questions and concerns quickly - they have been a big blessing for my company! One of my favorite upgrades we integrated into my site was adding a customizing feature on my product pages. We have added a service to our top selling butterflies called ‘spreading service’! This new little drop-down box allows a customer to select a service he pays $12 extra for - but it saves him time and assures they get a perfect butterfly every time. The setup of this new customization was easier than I expected, I just called Amanda and explained what I wanted to do. A few days later she arranged for me to join a ‘go to team meeting’ (online in my office) and she explained the back end already had the ability to do what I wanted – and then she proceeded to show me how to do it! I was so excited! Of course I just knew I wouldn’t be able to remember how to do it … so she immediately followed the online meeting up with a step by step easy to follow email tutorial. Has adding this little customization service to my products worked? Look at this 2-year report stat from the dashboard: $2,128 Spreading Service Dollars sold! So am I happy? You bet I am. Mike Jr. is our IT specialist and is always prompt with responding to our emails or phone calls when an IT issue arises. He also provides quick turnaround when it comes to fixing any IT issues. Also, it is wonderful to know our data is protected and backed up in our Virtual Server; and that we do not have to do it ourselves. INSYTE has been great to work with, we are very busy CPAs that don't have a lot of extra time on our hands to address IT management - so it is comforting to know that we have a partner with INSYTE that is truly looking out for our company's best interests.
Medina Vision Centre has utilized the services of INSYTE for nearly 10 years. Our practice has undergone dramatic changes in our IT needs as we converted from paper to electronic patient records. We have also transitioned from a traditional on-site server to a virtual server hosted by INSYTE. We have always been impressed with Mike’s knowledge base and his ability to solve some complex networking and software issues. Working with a local company has been a great experience as the Warners are extremely responsive to our needs. We recently went through an e-mail conversion process and are Mike Jr. did a great job of not only communicating the process, but keeping our staff informed of how to best prepare. As a small business owner, I’d recommend INSYTE to any of my fellow business owners. I feel like Mike has done a great job in recent years laying out a plan of attack for each project and effectively communicating the time involved and the cost to our practice. It gives us great confidence to know the details have been worked out before we begin the project. The past couple of projects went very well. There is always a hiccup or two that we don’t expect, but that is the nature of the business and we understand that. Implementation has been wonderful. Overall we are very satisfied with INSYTE's managed services and support. There have been some “bumps” in the road during times when we lost data or had our system down for days at a time. I feel we have addressed the issues and have a much better disaster plan in place now. It would have been less stressful if we could have anticipated the issues we faced, but hindsight is always 20/20! As a company, we are appreciative of the fact that Mike has worked with us when it comes to how we are billed. As a small company with a smaller IT budget than most companies, IT can truly break our budget. Doing quarterly payments over the past couple of years has allowed us to budget our IT costs much better and allows our cash flow to be more consistent.
INSYTE has served as our primary support for all technical issues. We have called upon Mike Sr. and team for installing new software, hardware and managing our e-mail server. The INSYTE eCommrece development team is pleasant to work with, as well as thoughtful and considerate of our needs during the project planning and development stages of any given project. Every one of our custom eCommerce website development projects we've embarked on with INSYTE eCommerce has had the same amount of professionalism and flexibility, however, there is one project that stands out compared to others. This would be the integration project with Hallmark. We were approached by Hallmark to supply magnets for their Baby’s Firsts app in the Apple store. This was the first time we have had a project with integrating with a third party vendor. The INSYTE team went above and beyond to get everything handled and working flawlessly. Amanda got our initial request and notes and came back with rounds of notes from her and the team. There were many times where they would consider issues we hadn’t thought of which lets me know they’ve got our best interests in mind when developing and planning a project. NSYTE recently helped us update and redesign our public website as well as our internal staff website. We found them to be easy to work with and always very professional and responsive to every request and change we discussed. I have always found INSYTE to be approachable and helpful no matter how big or small my technology issues may be. INSYTE has always encouraged me to pick up the phone and ask questions before I get stuck spinning my wheels on a technology issue. Their customer service and tech-side manner are top-notch. We recently worked with INSYTE to redesign our website, something we were eager to do but admittedly a bit intimidated by the process. Once we got underway on the redesign process, we were pleased with how easy and painless INSYTE made the whole process. Amanda first listened intently to the reasons we were looking to revamp our website, and made sure she fully understood what was going to be the most important features for our users. The INSYTE design team really took our company's values and brought them to life on our website! We were thrilled with the outcome and our users are too. After he had deemed our setup appropriate for the phone lines, he was an integral part of the networking process to get the phones set up correctly. We love how easy it is to transfer calls between one another, hold conference calls, flip a phone call from our office phones to our mobile phones, and we even love to utilize the HUD features to chat one another. We have been with INSYTE for many years receiving their services. We love that they are real, local people that can take the "tech talk" and put it into English for the rest of us!
