The INSYTE eCommrece development team is pleasant to work with, as well as thoughtful and considerate of our needs during the project planning and development stages of any given project.

Every one of our custom eCommerce website development projects we've embarked on with INSYTE eCommerce has had the same amount of professionalism and flexibility, however, there is one project that stands out compared to others. This would be the integration project with Hallmark. We were approached by Hallmark to supply magnets for their Baby’s Firsts app in the Apple store. This was the first time we have had a project with integrating with a third party vendor. The INSYTE team went above and beyond to get everything handled and working flawlessly.
 
Amanda got our initial request and notes and came back with rounds of notes from her and the team. There were many times where they would consider issues we hadn’t thought of which lets me know they’ve got our best interests in mind when developing and planning a project. I know they care about the success of each project as a puzzle piece in the big picture of our business.

I can’t think of anything I’ve been disappointed with. Other than pricing or turnaround estimates on a few things, the work is always spot on so I trust that anything quoted higher than anticipated is probably worth it even if it may be out of the budget at the moment. We are always satisfied with the results on the projects INSYTE eCommerce turns around for us. Amanda and Brett have been a joy to work with.
