When I first started working with the INSYTE team, I received an email from Amanda that was informative and most friendly as she explained she would now be the team member to serve me. Most important to me was that she had a real phone number and answered her own phone! She and her team amazed me with efficiency and willingness to provide ‘personal service’ including monthly SEO which I then quickly realized had been previously underserviced.

Amanda worked with me to do some redesigns to the front end of my website which always increased my sales. Even more important was some redesigning and customizing features on the back end (dashboard) which many times awarded me and employees with time saving features and key strokes! In addition she, and then Brett who eventually became my ‘go to man’, usually followed my calls with questions with a simple to follow tutorial which allowed me to use several dashboard features I never knew I had or that were much too complex for me to figure out! These ‘unknown perks’ have increased sales too! And, there are many dashboard perks still left to explore and use!

Amanda and her team amazed me with efficiency and willingness to provide personal service. INSYTE has been supporting my website as well as providing monthly SEO services which have increased my sales by 120% since 2013. It’s been a few years now that I've worked with Amanda and INSYTE and it’s been terrific. They always address any questions and concerns quickly - they have been a big blessing for my company!
 

One of my favorite upgrades we integrated into my site was adding a customizing feature on my product pages. We have added a service to our top selling butterflies called ‘spreading service’! This new little drop-down box allows a customer to select a service he pays $12 extra for - but it saves him time and assures they get a perfect butterfly every time. The setup of this new customization was easier than I expected, I just called Amanda and explained what I wanted to do. A few days later she arranged for me to join a ‘go to team meeting’ (online in my office) and she explained the back end already had the ability to do what I wanted – and then she proceeded to show me how to do it! I was so excited! Of course I just knew I wouldn’t be able to remember how to do it …  so she immediately followed the online meeting up with a step by step easy to follow email tutorial. Has adding this little customization service to my products worked? Look at this 2-year report stat from the dashboard: $2,128 Spreading Service Dollars sold!

So am I happy?  You bet I am.  Would I recommend INSYTE? You bet I would, and I have!
