We have found the more we focus our efforts in the design of the project, the more streamlined the integration can be.
With any project, there are bound to be items that pop up that weren't represented in the original project plan. During the integration phase, we keep in close contact with you should any questions arise or we reach a fork in the road. We discuss any unforeseen items that may present themselves during the integration of a project so that you are aware of any changes in direction, timeline, or price.
New website implementations involve a few weeks of design and development phases, during which we strive to have constant contact with our clients so that they are fully aware of the progress. We want our clients to know where we stand in the project, what has been completed, and what is coming down the road. In the field, INSYTE consultants work hard to be sure that your project includes the hardware and software that you need to keep your business running. Once the proper hardware and software solutions have been decided upon, your INSYTE consultant will visit your office, store, or warehouse to install selected solutions. Furthermore, the INSYTE team member will take the time to make sure the appropriate staff member is trained properly on the new computer, device, and applications.
We take the time to ensure that each of our clients is kept informed and up-to-date on the integration process. Wherever we can we involve key stakeholders in the decision-making points along the project management process.
